Breast Feeding Women

can my breasts swell because I am around a breast feeding woman every day?
I nanny for a woman who strictly breast feeds and I sit and talk with her while the baby is feeding. If I were pregnant it would have to be an immaculate conception so I am wondering if her hormones are being absorbed in my system. The period that I am having right now is the most intense one I have had in a long time and most notably I have raised bumps on my areola. Anyone know about this crazy hormone stuff!?
The instinct to mother and love a baby is a powerful emotion, deeply seated in the human female psyche. It is entirely possible that just being in the presence and being part of the nursing experience COULD cause your hormones to "juice" a bit, and that could make your breasts experience a bit of swelling. Nothing big or permanent, I'd think - I sure don't want to send 10000 young women here on Yahoo who are looking to increase their bustline out looking for work as nannies.
